The terms of sale

These terms govern your use of this site and any order placed on it with Tushar Trading Company, an online retailer operating from shop no 4, Manora Tower, Ground floor 219, near State Bank of India, Gulmohar Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462039, India.

Registered under GST, GSTIN 23AEXPS9322Q2ZD — listed prices include GST, the tax portion is itemised at checkout, and a GST invoice is available on request.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when the site confirms it, which means we may decline an order if an item turns out to be damaged in our own stock or your PIN code is not serviceable. Where we decline, we refund in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable tax. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only. Delivery is free over ₹699 and a flat ₹49 below it. We may correct a price that is obviously wrong before dispatch, and if we do we will tell you and let you cancel.

Description of goods

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including the dimensions and the material, and we photograph what we actually hold. Colours vary between screens. Where a listing states what an item will not hold, treat that as part of the description.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except where the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides otherwise, the goods are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the description given on the product page. Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by Indian law.

Returns and cancellation

Your rights to cancel and return are set out on the cancellation and returns pages and form part of these terms: 10 days to return unused goods, refunds in 5-7 business days, and free cancellation before dispatch.

Intellectual property

The text and photographs on this site are ours. Product names are descriptive; we are not an authorised dealer for any manufacturer and do not represent ourselves as one.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
