How an order moves
Orders are picked and boxed at our unit in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Once the parcel is handed to the courier you receive a tracking reference by email and SMS.
Delivery then takes 2-4 business days to the metropolitan cities and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. These are working days and do not count Sundays or public holidays.
What the delivery charge is
Orders of ₹699 and above ship free. Below that, one flat charge of ₹49 applies to the whole order, however many items are in it. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm; nothing is added afterwards.
How we pack
Tiered trays travel flat with corrugated board between each tier, because the joints fail before the panels do. Pen cups are wrapped singly. Cartons are sized to the item rather than kept in two standard sizes, since empty space inside a box is what causes damage on a long road journey.
Limits we will state plainly
- We do not ship outside India.
- We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Courier networks slow during festivals and monsoon, and we would rather not promise a day we do not control.
- Remote PIN codes may add time beyond the ranges above; if your PIN is outside the serviceable network the courier will tell us and we will refund in full.
If a parcel has not moved for five working days after dispatch, email us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to do it.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
