Sending something back
Unused items go back within 10 days. Damage on arrival is ours to fix, and a video of the parcel being opened is what settles it fastest.
Changing your mind
You have 10 days from the day the parcel is delivered to tell us you want to return an item. It must be unused and in its original packaging with any fittings, tags and the invoice. Keep the outer box until you are sure you are keeping the item — a tray posted back in a bag will not survive the trip.
Once the item reaches us and passes the check, the refund is released to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For a Cash on Delivery order we ask for bank details and transfer the amount to the same name that placed the order.
Damaged, faulty or wrong on arrival
This is our problem to fix, not something to argue about. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send:
- photographs of the item showing the damage;
- photographs of the outer box, including any crushed corner;
- a short video of the parcel being opened, unbroken from the sealed box to the item in hand.
The unboxing video is what lets us claim against the courier, so please film the opening of any parcel that arrives dented. Where the item is damaged or defective on arrival we replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery charge, and we pay the return leg.
What we cannot take back
- Items that have been used, assembled beyond a trial fit, or marked.
- Items returned without their packaging or fittings.
- Requests made after the 10 days window has closed.
Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
We do not offer a manufacturer warranty and do not claim one. Our cover is damage or a defect present when the item arrives — not wear from use.
