Where is my parcel

Order number plus billing email. Dispatch takes 1-2 business days, then 2-4 business days to the metros and 4-8 business days elsewhere.

Enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the billing email address. If the parcel has left Bhopal, the courier reference appears with it.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If nothing comes up

  • An order placed in the last 1-2 business days may not have been dispatched yet, so there is no courier reference to show.
  • The billing email must match the one used at checkout, character for character.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are tracked the same way as prepaid ones.

Still stuck? Send the order number to atelier@tushartrading.shop and we will look it up ourselves. If a parcel has not moved for five working days after dispatch we chase the courier, not you.
