Free to cancel before the parcel leaves Bhopal. Prepaid refunds settle in 5-7 business days.
Cancelling before we dispatch
You can cancel free of charge at any point before the parcel leaves us, which in practice means within the 1-2 business days handling window. Email the order number and we will stop it on the bench. No fee is charged for cancelling, and there is no restocking charge on this site at all.
After it has been dispatched
Once the courier has the parcel we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery or accept it and raise a return instead — the return terms are set out on the returns page and give you 10 days from delivery.
When the money comes back
For a prepaid UPI order the refund is initiated as soon as the cancellation is confirmed and settles in 5-7 business days once it leaves us. For a Cash on Delivery order that has not been dispatched there is nothing to refund, since no money has changed hands.
If we cancel an order — because an item turned out to be damaged in our own stock, or your PIN code is not serviceable — we tell you why and refund the full amount including delivery.
