Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI and Cash on Delivery, and nothing else. There is no card field at checkout, we store no card details, and no fee is added at the final step.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of ₹699 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies to the whole order, not per item.
How long will it take?
We pick and pack within 1-2 business days. After dispatch it is 2-4 business days to the metros and 4-8 business days to the rest of India, so door to door is 3-6 business days for a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Where does my parcel come from?
From our own unit in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Nobody drop-ships on our behalf.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused and within 10 days of delivery. Once we have checked it, the approved refund is released in 5-7 business days.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the item and the outer box before unpacking further and send the pictures with your order number. A short video of the parcel being opened is the strongest evidence and we ask for it within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer a warranty?
No. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we do not issue a warranty of our own and we do not repeat a manufacturer warranty we cannot honour. What we do cover is damage or a defect present on arrival.
Will a tray take A4?
Some will and some will not. A4 is 297 by 210 millimetres and the listing states the inside opening. If it is not clear, email us and we will measure it.
Can I collect an order in person?
No. We sell online only. The address on this site is where the business is registered and where orders are packed; it is not a showroom.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, and it is already inside the price you see. We are registered under GST, GSTIN 23AEXPS9322Q2ZD. Checkout itemises the GST portion instead of adding anything at the last screen, and a GST invoice for the order is available on request.
