What we hold, and why
We collect what is needed to deliver an order and answer a message, nothing beyond it. No card data is ever entered on this site.
This notice explains what Tushar Trading Company collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) together with the rules made under it.
What we collect
Why we hold it and for how long
We use your details for one purpose: to pack, dispatch and, if necessary, replace your order, and to answer you when you write. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and for the return window to close. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not run behavioural advertising from this site.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: the courier that carries your parcel, the UPI payment provider that settles a prepaid order, and our email host. Each receives only what is needed for that step.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Write to atelier@tushartrading.shop and we will act within a reasonable period.
Grievance Officer
If a complaint about your data is not resolved to your satisfaction, the Grievance Officer named above is the point of escalation, as required under the IT Act 2000 rules.
If an item fails, the remedy under our policies is replacement or refund. We do not operate a warranty claims process, and no personal data is collected for one.
